Therapy with me is an opportunity to pause. As an integrative therapist, I offer a warm and grounded space where you can feel at ease. A trusting therapeutic relationship is central to my approach. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface - bringing awareness to the patterns and feelings that might be shaping your experience. Through this understanding, we can explore new and fulfilling ways forward.
